We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

14. Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

15. Returns Policy

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

Unwanted Goods - Please return the product in perfect condition and in the original packaging. It must reach us within 7 days. You will be refunded the price of the item excluding the postage and packaging.

Faulty Goods - If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning faulty goods to us we will refund you the cost of the return postage and will also refund you the original postage.

Exchanging Goods - If you wish to exchange goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed before the replacement item is dispatched.

Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.

Included in your order you will receive an order confirmation. Please return this together with the product, writing on the back the reason for your return. Please give as many comments as you can. These are very useful for us.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.
